By registering, accessing, or using the Zetrixa Digital Invoicing & Billing Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to act on its behalf.
2. Account Responsibilities & Team Roles
Your organization administrator is responsible for managing team member access (Admin, Accountant, Sales Staff, Viewer) and maintaining secure passwords. Any activity under an account is the responsibility of that organization.
3. Financial Accuracy & Manual Payment Records
Zetrixa Digital provides software tools for calculation, quotation generation, invoice creation, manual payment tracking, and ledgering. You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of customer details, prices, tax rates, and manual payment entries (Cash, Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Cheques).
- Zetrixa Digital is a business workflow tool and does not replace certified legal tax filing.
4. Intellectual Property
The software, design system, code, and brand marks of Zetrixa Digital are the proprietary property of Zetrixa Digital. You are granted a license to use the platform for your legitimate business operations.
